Is there assigned seating?
Seating is first come first serve. VIP level tickets will get preferred seating in the first few rows of the ballroom until 5 minutes before show begins. At that point anyone with a general admissions ticket will be able to take an available seat.
Do I need to bring my own food?
No, we will provide food options at the networking event on Saturday for dinner as well as a boxed lunch option on Sunday. Limited snacks will be available on site as well during the sessions. Please reach out to meetings@complextraumacanada.com for requests due to dietary restrictions.
If I'm traveling from out of town, where should I stay?
If you are traveling from out of Toronto, we suggest securing a room at the Hilton Toronto; same hotel as the events for the weekend. We do not have any affiliation with securing your hotel reservation, please go online or call the Hilton directly at (416) 869-3456 for further assistance. Alternatively, nearby hotel Embassy Suites by Hilton Downtown is within walking distance. Please go online or call the Hilton directly at (416) 869-3456 for further assistance.
What is the difference between Young Adult and Chaperone?
Chaperone tickets are exclusively offered to parents/guardians who are interested in accompanying their child/dependent to the summit. Chaperones must be present with their child/dependent at summit registration to receive their wristband and be allowed admittance into the summit. Team KIC has the right to refund the Chaperone ticket if they do not meet this requirement. Young Adult tickets are open to anyone in the age bracket of 27-40 years old.
Do I need a Summit ticket to attend the concert?
No. We are selling separate concert tickets for anyone who only wishes to attend the Emily Power concert. All ages welcome to attend the concert. All Youth Summit session tickets include concert ticket access.
